Companies philosophy

As medium-sized company we stand- in a market dominated by large-scale enterprises - under extreme competition pressure. We have the claim, to work out a solution for the customer and not sell him only a product.

Therefore all employees, especially the leading employees themselves, have thought about how to offer the customers an optimum added value, and how stand out from our competitors around us. The result of these considerations is a voluntary alone obligation, which was signed of every employee.

We also have of course tried to compose ourselves our company philosophy into a concise basic principle.

Innovative

We operate permanently product and process innovation.

• Product innovation: Development of new products and improvement of available articles.
• Process innovation: Revision of the process chains for production of our articles, to permanently improve the price- performance of our products.

Engineering

We concentrate on the production of technically high-quality products. All technologies for the development and production of our products - as inferred process chain- are available in the own house as well as with highest technical standard.

To Do

We feel ourselves obliged -in a spirit of enterprise- to realize something and therefore take over the full responsibility . We are aware of the fact that a "process of change" is much more risky than to persevere. Therefore our internal rating for the perseverance of already existing processes is far more negative than a mistake we make during a process of change. We feel ourselves obliged to the entrepreneurship-model our ancestors of this region.

Joy

To produce very good job performances and to communicate with our customers and suppliers optimally, fun is to be available in the own work - despite all compulsions to which we are subject in today's working life - We would like to experience this positive attitude, but also live it daily.
