The topmost aim of the business activities of the company is the preservation and extension of companies existence for protecting the workplaces at the location Nagold.

The agreement applies to all employees of the company, particularly for the leading employees and the management.

The customer is in the "center of our work". All processes have to be aligned with an optimal satisfaction of the needs of our customers (our market). We strive to, obtain our customers an optimal price-performance payoff by a close cooperation, to grant them a competitive advantage at the purchase market..

We regard our suppliers as partners, with which ones, we obtain a maximum added value for our company by an optimal cooperation. A very good and open communication is base of such a successful Customer - Supplier - Relationship.

The quality of our products and services is defined in first line by the quality of our employees in connection with the quality of our corporation. Every employee obliged himself to observe critically all processes in the company and start improvements if necessary.

We consider an intact nature as our basic living condition and demand the receipt of our environment to the use of following generations. All substances used by us, are permanently checked for her environment compatibility and usability. All processes are permanently checked for environment loaded influence. It is the aim to avoid or to reduce consumption, if an avoidance isn't possible.

To exclude our employees the endangering by the used machines and devises, as well as the jobs executed by us , the principle is valid: "Safety concerns to everybody". Safety defects are to clear immediately or to show them. The safety instructions, and the general safety regulations we see as help to the avoidance of work accidents, for this reason we give them great attention.

The improvement on the management ability of our company, is accompanied by the ability to recognize new possibilities and converting these fast, if possible. All employees collaborate and are trying to be innovative, to permanently improve our products as well as the processes used by us.
