Mould making at G&G Beschlaege GmbH

Our cast parts are made of metal or plastic, for the production of which a mould is needed. The toolshop is responsible for making both types of mould.

Our technologies in the fully climate-controlled mould making shop encompass:

• Precision contour milling with milling cutter diameters as small as 0.2mm
• Eroding technology: Cavity sinking with an EOWA clamping system
